Astraea Mist Gin

Mist is reflective of the PNW’s bright crisp air on a cold winter’s day. Mist is exceptionally balanced with a light touch of juniper.

Botanicals: Juniper, coriander, cassia, angelica, lemon, orange, cardamom, chamomile, almond meal, orris, licorice. 

Tasting Profile: Light juniper, salty on the nose, sweet orange throughout, velvety mouthfeel.

Perfect Serve: G&T with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit segment.
